THE PROBLEM

Most people don’t burn food because they’re bad at cooking.
They burn it because they never actually learned how to use heat.

They turn the dial up.
They chase the sizzle.
They think “hotter = better.”
And then wonder why:

  • The garlic turns bitter
  • The eggs go rubbery
  • The outside’s scorched but the inside’s raw
