This week has been a strange one. I can understand trolls are trolls, but the sheer volume of mean-spirited comments can knock the wind out of you. Cooking is subjective; it’s food, not politics… yet somehow the internet will fight me over the correct temperature for roasted potatoes. (It’s 425°F for 25–35 minutes, not 450 for 30. Don’t test me.)
